Brynn Lamont and the USA

There is now some confusion about Brynn Lamont's immigration status in the USA, the DA's office in LA says she was deported and can not return to the USA as part of the plea bargain.

However Brynn has given the impression that she still travels to the USA.

So does Brynn Lamont still have her old green card, or has she taken a new passport in another name and is using that to enter the USA ?
